The coordinator is responsible for planning and facilitating daily morning meetings and stimulating cognitive exercises for memory care residents. They must also encourage resident participation and maintain accurate documentation of program attendance.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and a valid driver's license. Prior experience in retirement living is preferred but not required.
