The Clinical Concierge manages the end-to-end patient experience, including registration, rooming, and assisting providers with clinical care. They act as a patient advocate and handle both front-office and back-office duties in a primary care setting.
Candidates must have a high school diploma, be a graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program, and hold an AHA BLS certification. A minimum of one year of experience as a Medical Assistant, including phlebotomy and EMR usage, is required.
Cottage Medical Group seeks a Clinical Concierge (Medical Assistant) for their Primary Care Clinic - Goleta responsible for registering, collecting payments, rooming, assisting the provider and clinical staff with care and treatment, discharging, and following-up with patients. It is the role of the Clinical Concierge to companion patients and their "secondary guests" through the entire experience to maximize clinical excellence, reduce treatment times, and maximize the patient experience; before, during, and after the patient visit. The Clinical Concierge is responsible for assisting the provider with front office and back-office duties in the outpatient management of patients on a rotating basis.
