You will manage relationships between the project and various internal and external stakeholders, including the local community and the client. This role involves acting as the primary point of contact for those affected by the construction scheme.
The role requires strong interpersonal skills to engage with the public and project stakeholders effectively. Candidates should be comfortable working within a joint venture environment focused on water and wastewater infrastructure.
CMDP+ is looking to strengthen their team with a Customer Relations Advisor. Based at Whitfield, Kent, you will be responsible for managing the relationship between the project and external and internal stakeholders including members of the public and the local community affected by the construction scheme, the client and any additional interested parties.
CMDP+ is a joint venture between MWH Treatment and Costain and will deliver a range of schemes to maintain and improve Southern Water’s water supply and wastewater treatment works across its region (Kent, Hampshire, East & West Sussex).
