The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the preservation and upkeep of residential units, including repairing appliances, plumbing, and electrical systems. They also perform routine preventative maintenance, prepare vacant units for move-ins, and handle groundskeeping tasks.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and at least two years of residential maintenance experience. A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and a working knowledge of HVAC and building systems are required.

Today, we manage over 23,000 housing units across 229 communities throughout the western and mid United States.
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing maintenance and other duties to assure the preservation and upkeep of the building, fixtures, and residential spaces.
CLASSIFICATION: Full-time, Hourly/Non-Exempt
SHIFT: Monday-Friday, 8 am-5 pm
COMPENSATION: $25 per hour
