Warehouse Associate – Full Time

Location: New Hope, MN 
Schedule: Full-Time
Reports To: Purchasing & Warehouse Area Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a reliable, motivated Warehouse Worker to support day‑to‑day warehouse operations and help ensure timely, accurate order fulfillment. In this role, you’ll be responsible for picking, receiving, stocking, and organizing inventory while upholding CHM’s mission, culture, and commitment to excellent customer service. You will also support other warehouse departments as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with CHM management and team members.
• Maintain positive working relationships with suppliers and customers.
• Represent CHM professionally and support customer satisfaction.
• Assist with resolving customer concerns as they arise.
• Pick, fill, and pack orders accurately and on time for delivery.
• Receive and stock incoming products promptly for availability.
• Support various warehouse departments as needed.
• Maximize warehouse space and keep areas clean and organized.
• Ensure inventory is stored logically and can be located quickly.
• Maintain clear warehouse docks and follow all safety rules.
• Keep work areas neat, orderly, and safe.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Previous warehouse, shipping, or delivery experience preferred.
• Willingness to attend vendor and company training, including DME courses.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Effective problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Solid computer skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong motivation and a positive, team‑oriented attitude.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

Physical Requirements

This role requires frequent:

• Bending/stooping
• Squatting
• Climbing
• Crouching
• Reaching above the shoulders
• Kneeling
• Pushing/pulling
• Lifting up to 60 lbs consistently throughout the shift

Equipment Used

• Computer-based inventory & shipping software
• Inventory scanners
• Forklifts and electric pallet jacks
• Ladders
• Standard packaging tools/materials

Working Conditions

This position requires working in a standard warehouse environment and the ability to safely operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts. The role involves:

• Standing for extended periods
• Frequent lifting of equipment up to 100 lbs
• Using computers and mechanical devices
• Maintaining focus despite interruptions
• Wearing steel‑toed footwear
