Perform day-to-day maintenance, repairs, and preventative inspections for managed residential properties. Coordinate with residents to resolve work orders and ensure properties remain safe and efficient.
Requires a minimum of 2 years of residential maintenance experience and a valid driver's license. Candidates must be able to perform physical labor up to 50 pounds and possess strong communication skills.

Core 3 is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Maintenance Technician to support the day-to-day maintenance operations of our managed properties. Our mission is to simplify the real estate experience by delivering comprehensive property management and maintenance solutions. This role plays a key part in ensuring our properties are safe, well-maintained, and operating efficiently while providing exceptional service to residents and property owners.
This position is not a groundskeeping, porter, or janitorial role. The ideal candidate will have hands-on residential maintenance experience and the ability to independently diagnose, troubleshoot, and complete repairs in occupied homes and apartment communities.
