Provide level 1 technical support for incoming issues and develop strong relationships with clients and internal staff. The role involves working with cutting-edge cloud and cybersecurity technologies, occasionally at client locations.
Requires an associate degree (bachelor's preferred), a reliable vehicle, and the ability to pass a drug test and background check. Candidates must possess strong communication skills, a desire to learn, and the flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends.

The perfect candidate has a strong ability to learn new IT techniques, excellent verbal and written communication skills, customer service talents to help non-technical users and exceptional time management skills. Here you will be exposed to a wide range of advanced technologies and be able to work side by side with senior team members to increase your knowledge.
