The Yard Supervisor manages day-to-day facility yard operations, including staff scheduling, productivity monitoring, and safety enforcement. They are also responsible for vehicle loading, facility maintenance, and ensuring an exceptional customer service experience.
Candidates need at least one year of supervisory experience, a high school diploma, and basic knowledge of automotive mechanics. Fluency in both English and Spanish, along with a valid driver's license, is mandatory.

Under the direction of the General Manager, Assistant General Manager and/or Yard Manager, the Yard Supervisor is responsible for supervising the day to day tasks of the facility yard operations. The yard manager will have the responsibility to offer support to the yard staff in an effort to facilitate an exceptional Copart customer service experience.
Pay Range $30.06 - $33.86
