Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir eine:n Marketing Manager:in, der/die unser Marketing strategisch weiterentwickelt und gleichzeitig operativ selbst umsetzt - mit klarer B2B-Denke und starkem Fokus auf Performance, Content und Inbound.
Aufgaben
Storytelling & Content: Entwicklung eines klaren Narrativs für unsere Marke sowie Erstellung von Content für Website, Präsentationen, LinkedIn und Kampagnen
Inbound & Website: Optimierung unserer Website (convercus.com) und Aufbau von Conversion-starken Landingpages, Funnels und Lead-Magneten
LinkedIn & Sichtbarkeit: Weiterentwicklung unserer LinkedIn-Strategie (Company + Management Visibility) und Aufbau organischer Reichweite im B2B-Umfeld
SEO/GEO: Weiterentwicklung unserer Content- und SEO-Strategie inklusive datenbasierter Optimierung
Kampagnen, Events & Kooperationen: Du konzipierst und steuerst Kampagnen, setzt Co-Marketing-Aktivitäten um und sorgst für die erfolgreiche Planung und Durchführung von Events und Webinaren.
Marketing Operations: Steuerung von Freelancern und Agenturen sowie Sicherstellung von Qualität und Konsistenz
KI im Marketing: Einsatz von KI zur Skalierung von Content, Prozessen und Research sowie Aufbau effizienter Workflows
Qualifikation
