The HR Business Partner will partner with leadership to execute HR strategies focused on talent management, organizational effectiveness, and employee engagement. They will also manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
Candidates must have at least 2 years of HRBP experience within a high-tech company and possess strong coaching and recruitment skills. A relevant Bachelor's degree and fluency in English are required for this role.
