The officer is responsible for managing plant-level HR and administrative activities, including talent onboarding, induction, and employee engagement. They also maintain daily records for attendance, canteen data, and laundry department operations.
The candidate should be capable of handling administrative documentation, coordinating new hire processes, and supporting cross-functional employee engagement initiatives. Strong organizational skills and the ability to follow operational instructions are required.
Responsible for Plant HR & Admin related activities.
? Administering joining formalities
? Preparing entire new hire paper work including Joining Reports PF, FORM-F etc.
? Maintaining all documents in particular employees file
? Co-ordinating plant visit of new hires
? Co-ordinating 3 days Induction Planning
? Prepare ID card, Face punching
? Handover the new hire to the concerned HOD
? Email id & asset requisition for new hire
? Data entry related to talent on-boarding
? Induction closing process in TIMS
? Co-ordinating Induction, orientation & assimilation (3, 10, 30 & 60 days)
? Actively participating Goal setting activities for new hires
? Co-ordinating 90 days performance monitoring & feedback activities
? Any other activities as per day to day required
