Perform phlebotomy and quality control procedures in accordance with FDA guidelines and company SOPs. Responsible for screening donors, taking vital signs, and ensuring high-quality blood collection for research and diagnostic materials.
Candidates must be fluent in English with proficient computer skills and a strong background in customer service. EMT or LPN certifications and previous blood banking phlebotomy experience are preferred.

We’re looking for someone who has exceptional customer service skills, works well with our small fast-paced team of phlebotomist, has an eye for detail when reading, and is seeking a full-time position that has opportunity for growth.
Continental has been in business for over 50 years and is a private for-profit blood banking company. We service pharmaceutical and research companies all over the world, and our product is used for research and diagnostic testing materials. With two centers, one in Fort Lauderdale and one in Miami, we provide our blood donors with quality customer services.
