Assess and treat a diverse caseload of paediatric and adult clients through community, telehealth, and centre-based care. Responsibilities include providing AT assessments, supporting NDIS goals, and collaborating with families and stakeholders.
Requires a relevant tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy and AHPRA registration. Candidates must possess a driver's license, reliable vehicle, and necessary clearances including WWCC and NDIS Worker Screening.

As an OT at Connect2Care, you’ll be part of a multidisciplinary team providing evidence-based services through a blend of community, telehealth, and centre-based care. This mobile role allows flexibility to work from home or our hubs when not with clients.
Key responsibilities:
Assess and treat clients with diverse needs (paediatrics + adults)
Support NDIS goals and functional outcomes
Provide AT assessments and recommendations
Write clear, timely reports
Manage a varied caseload and meet clinical targets
Collaborate with families, referrers and other stakeholders
Engage in regular supervision and professional development
We make your transition to clinical practice seamless and supportive, with a 12-month program that includes:

Relevant tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
