Perform routine and preventative maintenance including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry to keep affordable housing communities safe and comfortable. Maintain curb appeal through landscaping and snow removal while responding promptly to emergency on-call work orders.
Requires at least 2 years of residential or facilities maintenance experience and a high school diploma or GED. Candidates must be able to lift up to 100 lbs, possess reliable transportation, and have basic computer skills.

Requirements
Work schedules may include Saturdays, based on property performance needs such as occupancy levels, leasing activity, and rent collections.
When required, weekend coverage will be scheduled on a rotating basis and aligned with business priorities.
Employees are expected to support leasing efforts, resident engagement, and rent collection activities during scheduled weekend hours.
