Own a portfolio of complex customer implementations, serving as the primary point of contact from kickoff to go-live. Lead end-to-end platform setup, including requirements gathering, configuration, and ensuring maximum customer value.
Requires 5+ years of experience in SaaS implementation or technical onboarding with strong project management skills. Must possess technical aptitude in APIs and data mapping, along with exceptional communication skills to act as a trusted advisor.
