The role involves processing payroll for salaried and hourly employees across multiple Canadian entities and pay cycles. It also includes managing statutory remittances, preparing payroll-related tax documents, and performing GL reconciliations.
Candidates need at least 2 years of Canadian payroll or accounting experience and a strong knowledge of payroll legislation. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to handle sensitive financial data accurately under pressure are required.

We are actively hiring a Payroll Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will bring exceptional attention to detail and hands-on experience processing payroll across multiple Canadian entities and pay cycles. This role is critical to ensuring payroll accuracy, legislative compliance, and timely delivery in a deadline-driven environment, with some exposure to U.S. payroll coordination.
