The Construction Planner will manage project schedules, monitor progress against critical paths, and produce detailed progress reports. They will also collaborate with site teams and management to implement recovery programmes and support pre-construction planning.
Candidates must have experience in a planning role within the construction industry and possess strong knowledge of construction sequencing. Proficiency in planning software such as Primavera P6 or MS Project is highly advantageous.

This role offers the opportunity to work across high-profile projects, supporting project teams through programme development, progress monitoring, and construction planning to ensure successful project delivery.
Prepare and manage construction programmes and project schedules
Monitor project progress against target programmes and critical paths
Produce weekly and biweekly progress reports
Carry out site visits to verify project progress and programme performance
Develop detailed resourced programmes for project delivery
Prepare and manage subcontractor programmes and sequencing
Support tender planning and pre-construction methodologies
Assist with EOT and compensation claim programmes
Work closely with site teams, Contracts Managers, and senior management
Help identify and implement recovery programmes where required
Support planning for alternative construction methods including modular and precast systems
Experience in a Planner or Project Planning role within construction
Strong knowledge of construction sequencing and project delivery
Experience preparing and managing detailed construction programmes
Good understanding of critical path analysis and reporting
Strong organisational and communication skills
Experience working on construction projects in Ireland
Knowledge of planning software such as Primavera P6 or MS Project is advantageous
