The Security Officer is responsible for conducting property patrols, managing access control, and ensuring the safety and security of residents, tenants, and guests. They must also monitor property conditions, enforce site policies, and assist with event management and traffic control as needed.
Candidates must hold a high school diploma and a valid Virginia security officer certification, along with at least one year of customer service experience. A valid driver's license and the physical ability to perform tasks such as walking, climbing, and lifting up to 50 pounds are also required.
