The Senior Scientist will lead antibody discovery, engineering, and characterization activities through hands-on laboratory work. They will collaborate across disciplines to support project progression and present scientific findings at internal and external meetings.
Candidates must hold a PhD with 2-4 years of industry experience or an MSc with 4-6+ years of relevant experience. Proficiency in antibody engineering, protein expression systems, and biochemical characterization methods is required.

About the role:
The Senior Scientist, Antibody Engineering & Discovery, will report to the Head of Antibody Drug Discovery within the Research group. The candidate will participate in antibody discovery, characterization, design, and engineering activities through extensive hands-on laboratory work. The successful candidate will contribute to the generation, engineering, production, and characterization of therapeutic antibodies, including bispecific and multispecific molecules. The role requires strong laboratory skills, scientific rigor, and the ability to independently execute experiments while effectively collaborating with team members.
