What's our reason to exist

Manufacturers still run procurement and supply chains on tooling from the 1990s: ERPs, Excel, and email. The result is around 80% of operational time lost to manual coordination, and up to 10% of addressable savings left on the table every year. Hiring more buyers or rolling out another platform isn't the fix. Both are slow, expensive, and rarely adopted on the shop floor.

Compri deploys dozens of specialized AI Agents organized into cooperative teams that cover the full procurement loop: from spend analysis, to capturing purchase requests, launching tenders, onboarding suppliers, and managing orders end-to-end. The agents plug into any ERP in days, connect to internal and external data sources, and operate inside the workflows customer teams already use. No new software to learn. No extra headcount to hire. Just time and savings, unlocked.

We already work with 30+ enterprise manufacturers across the US, South America, and Europe. We're 30+ people with experience in unicorns (Satispay, Scalapay, Lansweeper, Soldo), scaleups, and big corporates (Microsoft, Apple, BCG, Bain, Ferrari, and more), Milan-based, backed by Picus Capital, Shapers, Italian Founders Fund, and amazing strategic angels.


Who we are (and who we're not)

We won't pretend we have all the answers. We're a startup that ships fast, breaks things intentionally, and learns hard. But we do have a point of view.

We believe in the integration of life and work: one sphere should energize the other. We believe facts speak louder than titles. And we believe the best teammates are the ones who lean in, not out.

A few things from our manifesto that actually guide how we work every day:

Total ownership. If it's broken, you fix it. If it's nobody's job, you pick it up. You don't just execute tasks and follow instructions. You constantly ask yourself how you can add value to what we're building, how you can push it one step further, and how you can make it better to the point where we don't have to fight that same battle again. You own the outcome, not just the activity.

We take risks and go bold. Magic happens when you push yourself out of your comfort zone and try something you didn't know for sure you could do. We take the leap even without all the details.

We have each other's back. If something goes wrong, we drop everything to solve it together. Blame and recrimination are for other companies. "Not my problem" does not exist here. Mistakes are natural and they belong to the team, not to the individual. We share them, we learn from them, and we move on.

Lead by example. Titles don't define you. Leadership comes from what you do, not from what your business card says. To be recognized as a leader here, you prove it every day.
