The Staff Accountant will manage general ledger entries, fixed asset schedules, and monthly account reconciliations to support the month-end close. Additionally, they will handle customer invoicing, accounts receivable, and assist with payroll and audit compliance.
Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and 2 to 5 years of progressive accounting experience. Proficiency in GAAP and accounting software such as QuickBooks or Netsuite is required.

We’re seeking a Staff Accountant with a strong foundation in general ledger accounting and experience in fixed assets, inventory, bank reconciliations and invoicing. In this role, you will be a key contributor to strengthening our financial operations as we scale – maintaining accurate records, supporting month-end close, and helping streamline processes across the accounting function.
