Candidates need at least one year of relevant experience and a valid driver's license with a clean abstract. Qualifications in mechanical trades and the ability to handle on-call duties are strong assets.

Role Summary
Reporting to the Regional Manager, the Community Maintenance role takes direction from the Community Manager, ensuring that work orders are completed, and all common ground areas are maintained and kept clean.
