The Client Care Representative manages client recruitment, scheduling, and the flow of pets and owners through the hospital. They provide administrative support, handle payments, and assist the medical team with patient restraint and room preparation.
A high school diploma or GED is required, with a preference for candidates having over one year of customer service experience. Desired qualifications include experience in a medical or veterinary facility and proficiency in basic medical terminology.

POSITION SUMMARY:
At Companions Animal Hospital, our Client Care Representatives do much more than answer phones and schedule appointments. They help create the experience our clients remember, support the flow of the hospital and play an important role in helping pets receive exceptional care.
We're looking for someone who loves both people and pets, enjoys staying busy and thrives in a team environment. This role offers the opportunity to work alongside both our client care and medical teams, building skills throughout the hospital while making a meaningful difference for pets and the people who love them.
Companions Animal Hospital is a three-doctor, AAHA-accredited practice committed to providing exceptional medicine and exceptional service. We believe every interaction matters, whether it's helping a worried pet owner, supporting a patient through their visit or finding a way to make a team member's day a little easier.

Our team works hard, laughs often and genuinely enjoys supporting one another. We're open Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. — which means no nights, no weekends and more time to enjoy life outside of work.
Education:
While performing the duties of this job, the team member is regularly required to talk and hear.
The team member must frequently use a computer for long periods of time. Specific vision
abilities are required to do this job including close vision. This position requires walking and/or
standing for long periods of time, bending, reaching, grasping, and repetitive motions. May be
exposed to disinfectant/sanitation chemicals, pets dander, and excretions. This position is
exposed to low to moderate noise levels. Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs. unassisted, 40 lbs. with
assistance.
