Your primary focus will be to maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment within the kennel facility, which directly impacts the well-being of the animals. You will be responsible for daily feeding, grooming, and monitoring of animals, as well as assisting with their exercise and socialization. This role requires a compassionate and attentive approach to animal care, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with a team to support overall kennel operations. Ultimately, your efforts will contribute to providing a positive experience for both the animals and their owners, fostering trust and satisfaction in our services.
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.

Ability to work flexible hours (preferred 36-40 hours weekly), including weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities:
Feed, water, and provide daily care for animals according to established schedules and dietary requirements.

Support intake and release procedures, including documentation and communication with pet owners and team members.
Skills:
The required skills enable you to provide consistent and compassionate care to animals, ensuring their needs are met daily through feeding, cleaning, and monitoring activities. Attention to detail is critical for maintaining cleanliness and recognizing any changes in animal health or behavior that require intervention. Physical stamina and safe handling skills allow you to perform demanding tasks efficiently while minimizing stress for the animals. Preferred skills such as prior experience and certifications enhance your ability to respond appropriately in emergency situations and improve overall animal welfare.
