Prepare and cook meals according to approved menus and dietary guidelines while ensuring high standards of quality and presentation. Maintain kitchen cleanliness and follow all food safety and sanitation regulations to support resident well-being.
Requires professional kitchen experience and the ability to perform physical tasks and follow safety guidelines. Preference is given to candidates with healthcare food service experience and food safety certification.
