Provide comprehensive outpatient medical care including primary care, urgent care, and chronic disease management. Perform annual wellness exams, physicals, and minor office procedures while maintaining accurate medical documentation.
Must be a licensed Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Tennessee with DEA registration and BLS certification. Preference is given to candidates with two or more years of experience in primary or urgent care.
