The caregiver provides hands-on personal care and housekeeping services to clients with disabilities in their homes according to established care plans. They also document client changes, communicate with the care team, and act as a peer mentor for new hires.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old, authorized to work in the U.S., and possess a valid driver's license with reliable transportation. The role requires the physical ability to lift 35 pounds and the willingness to work in various home environments, including weekends and holidays.
