Oversee the daily operations of a manufactured housing community, splitting time between administrative office work and physical facility maintenance. Responsibilities include rent collection, tenant screening, and maintaining common areas and grounds.
Candidates must possess Microsoft Office skills and the ability to perform both administrative tasks and manual labor. The position is designed for a managing couple to live on-site.
Salary plus housing and utilities are included. Housing is a beautiful updated home with 2 bedrooms, 1 bath wand detached office. Fully fenced big back yard.
Part time 24 hours a week each person
Pay is $2,200 a month split between the couple.
Benefits are 3 weeks PTO per year and 40lK contribution after 90 days.
