The Manager of Clinical Services oversees the delivery of high-quality home care by coordinating clinical care plans and ensuring compliance with regulatory and financial standards. They are responsible for managing clinical staff, facilitating EMR documentation, and maintaining effective communication with physicians and patients.
Candidates must hold a current RN license or be a therapist in good standing with at least two years of home care or hospice experience. Strong leadership, communication, and clinical skills are required, along with current CPR or BLS certification.
