The food server is responsible for assisting guests with menu selections, accurately processing orders through the POS system, and maintaining table standards. They must also handle payments, perform side work, and ensure a high level of professional service throughout the shift.
Candidates must have at least 6 months of prior food service experience and a high school diploma or equivalent. Strong English communication skills and the ability to stand for 8 hours while lifting up to 25 pounds are required.

Must possess an ability to work with minimal supervision and make educated ethical decisions as necessary. Must be able to resolve conflicts and have effective communication skills with all levels of employees and be able to work effectively and collaboratively in a team environment. Must demonstrate an ability to work independently, prepare detailed professional correspondence, memoranda, policies, procedures as well as regulations related to the employee’s duties. A general knowledge of the Windows based computer operating systems is also required.
