The Assistant Store Manager partners with the Store Manager to drive sales, deliver exceptional customer service, and cultivate a positive retail environment. They are responsible for operational functions including visual merchandising, inventory, staff scheduling, and team development.
Candidates must have 2-3 years of retail and leadership management experience and a high school diploma or equivalent. The role requires flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays, along with a passion for an active outdoor lifestyle.
