The technician is responsible for preparing concrete surfaces through cleaning and grinding and installing coating systems for residential and commercial projects. They also manage equipment readiness, maintain a clean job site, and ensure all work meets company quality standards.
Candidates must have a strong work ethic, a valid driver's license, and the ability to perform physical labor including lifting up to 50 pounds. While previous experience in construction or related trades is helpful, no prior concrete coating experience is required as training is provided.
