The Property Management Cleaning Technician is responsible for both interior and exterior general maintenance cleaning of residential rental homes, residential model homes, and additional spaces managed through Property Management as needed.

Responsibilities

Works closely with management to maintain a clean, safe and appealing property
Ensures rental properties are in clean and move in ready condition
Disinfects and cleans the interior and exterior of all residential rental homes
Disinfects and cleans the interior and exterior of all residential model homes or other locations as needed
Cleaning includes, but is not limited to: disinfection, dusting, empting trash, mopping floors, cleaning Windows, cleaning upholstery and carpets, power washing etc.
Orders necessary cleaning supplies
Follows maintenance schedules set by management
Maintains a positive and professional demeanor toward all residents, visitors and co-workers
Maintains effective employee and public relations
Reports any damage or unsafe conditions to management
Participates in safety meetings and all safety training
Wears all required PPE, following all protocol and instruction to ensure its being used properly
Performs all duties in adherence to OTOW standards
Strives to maintain a safe working environment through the prevention of accidents, the preservation of equipment, and the achievement of safe working practices
Maintains a positive and professional demeanor toward all residents, visitors and co-workers
Performs other duties as assigned

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent required
Previous residential or commercial cleaning experience preferred

Skills and Knowledge

Must be able to read, write and understand English
Must be proficient in safely handling hazardous materials
Customer service sills preferred
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies preferred

Certifications and Licenses

A valid Florida Drivers License with acceptable driving history is required
