Lead complex software and development projects for industrial clients, ensuring goals are met regarding quality, budget, and deadlines. Act as the central point of contact between customers, development teams, and stakeholders to ensure transparent project steering.
Requires several years of experience in managing technical software projects and a background in software development, electrical engineering, or a similar engineering field. Must possess strong communication skills and fluency in both German and English.

Dabei koordinierst du Anforderungen, Ressourcen, Termine, Risiken und die Kommunikation zwischen allen Beteiligten und stellst sicher, dass Teams effizient zusammenarbeiten und gemeinsam optimale Lösungen für unsere Kunden entwickeln.
In deiner Rolle bist du weit mehr als klassischer PM: Du navigierst durch komplexe technische und organisatorische Zusammenhänge, moderierst Entscheidungen, schaffst Transparenz und verbindest Kunden, Entwicklungsteams und Stakeholder zu einem leistungsfähigen Projektumfeld. Dabei behältst du sowohl die Kundenanforderungen als auch wirtschaftliche Ziele und die Dynamik im Team im Blick.

Erfahrung mit Scrum, agilen oder hybriden Projektmanagementansätzen.
Kenntnisse in Jira, Polarion, Targetprocess oder vergleichbaren Tools.
Technischer Hintergrund in Softwareentwicklung, Embedded Systems oder industrieller Automatisierung.
Erfahrung in regulierten Umfeldern oder mit Themen wie IEC 62443, Industrial Cybersecurity, GMP/GAMP oder industriellen Kommunikationsprotokollen.
Von Vorteil sind außerdem:
