Lead a 7-person software engineering team to develop custom solutions and achieve a target revenue of 1.4 million Euros within three years. Manage the full project lifecycle from initial pitch and conception to final go-live while identifying new business opportunities.
Requires a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Economics, or a comparable qualification with a strong background in software development. Must possess excellent German and good English communication skills and be proficient with AI tools like GitHub Copilot.
