Perform preventative maintenance and calibrations on cGMP production equipment, boilers, HVAC, and purified water systems. Assist in the setup, tear down, and troubleshooting of equipment while maintaining detailed documentation of completed work.
Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and knowledge of current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs). Candidates must be able to lift up to 55 lbs and possess basic skills in welding, plumbing, and electrical work.
Position Overview
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing preventative maintenance on various pieces of equipment and completing forms and records documenting completed work. Following training, which may last up to 3-4 months, the Maintenance Technician is expected to be capable of independently performing preventative maintenance on multiple pieces of equipment at a reasonable rate while following established policies, procedures, and practices.
