Lead the Accounts Receivable Collections team to optimize cash flow and minimize bad debt while ensuring compliance with credit policies. Manage day-to-day operations, foster a high-performance culture, and maintain strong customer and stakeholder relationships.
Requires a tertiary qualification in Finance or Credit Management and 6-8 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, including at least 2 years in leadership. Must possess strong knowledge of credit risk, accounting principles, and the ability to develop teams.

The Accounts Receivable Team Leader plays a critical role in overseeing the collection, administrative and risk management activities within the Accounts Receivable – Collections team. Reporting to the National Credit Manager, you will lead the execution of collection processes, drive cash flow optimisation and manage risk, while ensuring full adherence to company policies and procedures.
You will build and maintain strong customer relationships, contribute directly to the company's financial health, and oversee the day-to-day operations of the team. In this leadership role, you will provide guidance, motivation and support to your team, ensure performance against key targets, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
