This role manages general accounting functions including payroll, benefits administration, and general ledger maintenance. Key tasks include processing payroll, administering annual open enrollments, and invoicing customers.
Requires 3-5 years of experience in accounting, payroll, and benefits administration with knowledge of state payroll laws. A college degree in Business or Accounting is preferred, along with a valid Texas Driver's License.

Responsibilities:
This position will be responsible for general accounting functions including payroll & benefits, accounts receivable, some accounts payable, and general ledger.
Education and/or Experience:
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
This position requires strong computer & analytical skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong detail oriented with high organizational skills, ability to handle multiple projects, and must be able to work well with all staff levels. Strong and proven ability to practice extreme confidentiality, professionalism, and highly ethical behavior and act with integrity.
Must have a Current Texas Driver’s License with Clean Driving Record. Selected applicants are subject to a drug/alcohol screen and background check.
Additionally, this position requires working with sensitive and confidential information in a highly controlled and regulated environment.
