WE ARE CURRENTLY SEEKING CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES:

Fixed contract (Temporary - 6 months).

Responsibilities:

• Assist our customers with their queries - via email or phone;

• Process customers' data and update the information in our database;

• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.

Requirements:

• Fluent English;

• Additional language is considered as advantage;

• Attention to details;

• Basic computer skills;

• Communication skills;

• Willingness to work in a fast-paced team environment.
