What You'll Do

• Prepare interior and exterior surfaces for painting
• Protect furniture, landscaping, and surrounding areas
• Apply paint using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment
• Perform sanding, scraping, caulking, patching, and minor repairs
• Maintain clean and organized job sites
• Follow company safety procedures and quality standards
• Communicate professionally with customers and teammates
• Deliver exceptional craftsmanship on every project

What We're Looking For

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Dependable and punctual
• Coachable with a willingness to learn
• Previous residential or commercial painting experience preferred
• Experience with prep work, brushing, rolling, and spraying is a plus
• Valid driver's license preferred

No problem. We're willing to train individuals who have a great attitude, strong work ethic, and a desire to learn.

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting pay: $17–$19 per hour

Requirements
