Assist the Accommodation Manager in the daily operations of student housing, ensuring high safety standards and a first-class residential experience. Lead sales processes to achieve full occupancy and oversee facility maintenance and student welfare.
Candidates must have experience in customer service, hospitality, or student accommodation, specifically in facilities management and team leadership. A proactive approach, attention to detail, and the ability to work flexible hours are essential.

The role of Assistant Accommodation Manager is to assist the Accommodation Manager with the running of the accommodation with the highest safety in mind whilst, ensuring a first class residential and customer experience.

* The company does operates an annual leave blackout period from 10th Aug - end of Sept, every year to cover the new academic intake of students into the property.
*This role will involve out of hours cover for emergencies.
