Internship Overview
Closing Gap works closely with businesses across India and the UK, supporting talent acquisition, outsourcing, and workforce operations.
We are seeking a proactive HR Intern – Talent & Partner Operations to support real recruitment execution, partner coordination, and HR operations. This role provides hands-on exposure to sourcing, outreach, partnerships, and onboarding — not theoretical or academic HR work.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Sourcing & Outreach
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and referrals
Conduct initial screening and outreach calls
Manage candidate communications via email and follow-ups
Maintain accurate candidate pipelines and trackers
Headhunting & Partner Support
Assist in identifying and engaging recruitment partners
Support outreach to staffing agencies and talent vendors
Coordinate introductory calls and follow-ups
Maintain partner databases and communication records
Onboarding & HR Coordination
Support onboarding documentation and basic HR processes
Coordinate interviews, schedules, and internal calendars
Work closely with the internal HR team on execution tasks
Assist with compliance, documentation, and process tracking
