The Human Resources Director will build and lead the HR function by standardizing core processes and developing scalable policies to support company growth. They will also serve as a strategic partner to executive leadership, providing data-driven insights and coaching to drive organizational health and performance.
Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field and possess at least 5 years of experience leading an HR team. Strong expertise in employment law, employee relations, and building HR infrastructure is required, with SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification preferred.
