Provide chairside assistance to oral surgeons and prosthodontists during complex dental implant and surgical procedures. Maintain a sterile and organized treatment environment while ensuring patient comfort and monitoring their well-being throughout the process.
Candidates must have previous experience as a surgical assistant and hold valid certifications that meet state requirements. Strong manual dexterity and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment are essential.

As a Surgical Dental Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our oral surgeons and prosthodontists during life-changing dental implant procedures while growing your career in a positive, patient-centered environment.
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: $24 - $28 per hour (based on experience and certification)
Sign On Bonus: $1500

Provide chairside assistance to oral surgeons and prosthodontists during surgical and implant procedures
Anticipate clinician needs and maintain a clear, organized treatment area
Assist with administration and documentation of local anesthesia, nitrous sedation, and IV sedation procedures
Ensure patient comfort, monitor well-being, and educate them on pre- and post-operative care
Prepare, sterilize, and set up instruments and surgical trays, following strict infection control protocols
Take dental x-rays and prepare materials for impressions, as directed
Assist with medical clearances and patient record management
Support office operations by scheduling, greeting patients, and managing supplies when needed
Collaborate closely with the surgical and prosthetic teams to ensure seamless patient care
Previous experience as a Dental Assistant is a plus, but willing to train the right person.
Valid certifications that meet applicable state requirements
Strong manual dexterity and ability to handle surgical instruments with precision
Self-starter mentality with excellent focus on patient safety and care
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient care

We believe that our dedicated team of professionals, with a specific focus on just dental implants, is a key strength of the ClearChoice Dental Implant centers. Before ClearChoice, it was difficult to know the full price of dental implant procedures. Different specialists had different fees that would add up at each stage in the process. Since our doctors, technicians, and labs are all on site, we are able to give a single price for the entire procedure from start to finish. There are no surprise fees and no hidden costs. After your consultation, you will know exactly what it will cost to complete your dental implant treatment. Traditionally, dental implants require several visits to specialists in several locations, and the teeth are created at an off-site lab and shipped to the office. If any adjustments needed to be made, the teeth would need to be shipped back to the lab. At ClearChoice, we have combined all of the necessary elements for successful dental implant treatment in a single location. Your consultation, lab work, creation of your teeth, the procedure and recovery are all housed in a single center.
