Manage capital improvement and renovation projects for multi-family assets from inception to completion. Coordinate between internal stakeholders and external contractors to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field with at least 5 years of experience. Must be proficient in project management software and have a strong understanding of building codes and residential renovations.
