This is a hands-on healthcare operations leadership role responsible for managing daily clinic performance, staff productivity, patient flow, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Position Overview
The Healthcare Center Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day clinic operations, supervising frontline healthcare staff, monitoring operational performance metrics, and ensuring regulatory compliance. This role partners closely with clinical leadership to drive patient access, service quality, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily healthcare clinic operations, including patient flow, scheduling, staffing coverage, and front office performance
Monitor and drive operational KPIs, including appointment utilization, patient retention, productivity metrics, and service quality indicators
Analyze center performance reports and dashboards to identify trends and implement improvement plans
Supervise, coach, and develop healthcare support staff and administrative teams
Ensure compliance with HIPAA, accreditation standards, healthcare regulations, and internal policies
Lead daily operational problem-solving including patient escalations, staffing challenges, and workflow optimization
Partner with clinical providers and regional leadership to improve care delivery efficiency
Oversee inventory management, vendor coordination, and operational readiness
Support referral relationships, community outreach, and patient access initiatives
Implement continuous improvement initiatives focused on operational excellence and patient experience
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred OR 1+ years of healthcare operations management experience
Experience managing medical clinic operations, urgent care centers, outpatient facilities, behavioral health clinics, or physician practices
Proven experience working with healthcare KPIs, productivity metrics, and operational reporting
Strong understanding of clinical workflows, patient scheduling systems, front office operations, and care coordination
Experience supervising frontline healthcare or medical administrative teams
Knowledge of healthcare compliance standards including HIPAA and patient privacy requirements
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
