The ERTS Dispatcher is responsible for managing high volumes of emergency response calls and orchestrating large amounts of data under critical deadlines. They must effectively communicate with clients, employees, and outside professionals to ensure operational goals are met.
Candidates must have experience in dispatch and customer service, along with proficiency in Microsoft applications and ERTS software. Knowledge of OSHA, RCRA, and DOT regulations is required or must be developed.

Ensures that effective communications exist between all personnel and equipment required to provide services to customers.
