The Project Manager is responsible for planning, leading, and coordinating daily operations for multiple service line crews at a customer site. They ensure equipment is operated correctly, maintain safety compliance, and foster strong customer relationships through quality service delivery.
Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience in the industrial cleaning industry and possess strong mechanical aptitude. A high school diploma or GED is required, along with the ability to interpret technical drawings and work with chemicals.

This team member is responsible for two or more crews by planning, leading, organizing, and coordinating the daily operations of the service line crew. This includes responsibility over proper operation of equipment, driving operational efficiencies at the work site and ensuring accurate documentation related to the job is completed in a timely fashion. Ensures compliance with all Company policies/procedures and maintains/improves good customer relations by providing quality, timely industrial cleaning services. The Chemical Cleaning Project Manager serves as representative of HPC-Industrial in creating a continuous working relationship with clients/customers.
