We are looking for an AI-Driven Creative Marketing Manager to work on our subscription-based mobile app (B2C, Tier-1 market, web2app). The primary acquisition channel is META.
This is not a traditional managerial role where you assign tasks to a design team. It's an AI-oriented, and "hands-on" position. You will work with a smart system that helps you quickly and efficiently manage and drive the creative process, featuring smart automation and AI solutions under the hood for rapid scaling. Your mission is to operate this system: curate and tweak the creatives generated by the AI, dive deep into the analytics, and make final strategic decisions based on the data.
Operate the AI system that generates ad creatives (static & video): curate the outputs, guide the generation process, and make necessary adjustments - no dedicated designers will be involved.
Manage the end-to-end AI marketing loop: from concept generation to META campaign launches.
Analyze the effectiveness of ad campaigns and the web funnel, initiating improvements based on a strict data-driven approach to boost performance marketing metrics.
Critically review, read, and verify the analytics – make the final strategic decisions.
Cooperate daily with the team to discuss acquisition results and business metrics, bringing new ideas and approaches to meet team goals.
Growth mindset and extreme flexibility: being open-minded and adaptable to a fast-changing environment is your primary soft skill.
Hands-on attitude: you are ready to operate the tools directly, dig into the details, and manage the system with your own hands.
Strong analytical mindset: the ability to process heavy analytics, spot trends, generate actionable insights, and validate AI-driven data.
AI-oriented curiosity and a strong willingness to leverage AI tools to optimize and scale marketing processes.
Experience in evaluating and curating catchy ad concepts oriented toward a Western target audience (Tier-1 markets).
Creativity: able to think differently and reframe the problem or situation.
The ability to merge human understanding of customer pain points with strict curation of the system's outputs.
