The Program Coordinator supports the implementation of resident services by conducting outreach, coordinating onsite programs, and managing service connections. This role also involves documenting activities in Salesforce, maintaining partner relationships, and providing administrative support to ensure high-quality program delivery.
Candidates must possess an Associate's degree or equivalent experience in social services or related fields. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong communication skills are required, along with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Physical Requirements
Must be able to talk, hear, walk, stand, and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds. Regular travel between CHCDC housing sites is required. Reasonable accommodation will be provided as needed.
